Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth running of the bar operations.
Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provide the highest quality standards and customer experience.
Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Roster preparation & general administration.
Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
Booking & preparation for all events.

Skills:
Good communication in English
Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Certificate in catering and bar will be an advantage
Strong work ethic & self-starter
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent presentation & attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Sector: accommodation and food service activities
