Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks

Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications

Maintain office records, files, and documentation

Schedule meetings and manage appointments

Prepare reports, correspondence, and basic data entry

Coordinate with management and staff

Ensure office supplies are available and organized

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role

Good communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Ability to multitask and work independently

Professional attitude and attention to detail
