We are looking for a professional and friendly Hotel Concierge Assistant to support guests by providing information, assistance, and recommendations to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions

Help with booking reservations (restaurants, taxis, events, etc.)

Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs

Requirements

Customer-focused attitude

Basic computer skills

Professional appearance

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
