Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in media, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in media, communications, or humanitarian sector (preferred).
Strong photography and videography skills.
Experience with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Excellent English and Arabic writing skills.
General Work Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Media experience
Experience in NGO Media preferred
Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Strong photography, videography, and editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
Content creation and storytelling with a focus on ethical humanitarian communication
Social media planning and management across platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Knowledge of branding, media strategies, and NGO communication standards
Leadership & Soft Skills:

Creative storytelling and strong communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Adaptability in field and emergency settings
Good time management and attention to detail
Problem-solving, initiative, and accountability
Cultural sensitivity and empathy when working with vulnerable communities
Language Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic is required.
Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
Abilities:

Technical Skills: Proficient in photography, videography, and editing tools to deliver high-quality outputs.
