Job Overview
The Campus Chief is the principal academic and administrative officer of ICMS who will operationalize the institute’s mission of excellence in Crisis Management, Counseling Psychology, and Computer Applications, ensuring a transformative educational environment through rigorous academic oversight, operational efficiency, and compassionate leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Academic & Program Leadership

Provide holistic oversight for:
Master in Crisis Management (MCM)
Master in Counseling Psychology (MCP)
Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA)
Ensure curriculum compliance with affiliated university standards and ICMS’s humanitarian mission.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate program coordinators and faculty.
Student Lifecycle Management

Implement attendance monitoring (80% minimum norm) and analyze semester results.
Identify at‑risk students and mandate remedial/counseling interventions.
Lead enrollment drives, set program targets, and administer scholarships.
Day‑to‑Day Operations

Ensure smooth facility management (library, IT, security, front office).
Act as first appeal point for student/staff grievances (resolve within 7 working days).
Enforce code of conduct and coordinate events (workshops, crisis drills, orientations).
Thesis Review

Chair the Thesis Committee for MCM & MCP programs.
Approve proposals, ensure ethical & methodological rigor.
Monitor progress, chair final defense boards, and certify final thesis/project approval.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Academics: 90%+ student pass rate; <5% thesis rejection rate
Attendance: Minimum 80% average class attendance per semester
Operations: Zero prolonged (>30 days) unresolved complaints
Enrollment: 100% achievement of yearly admission targets
Thesis: 100% of submitted theses reviewed/approved within 30 days
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: PhD preferred (in Crisis Management, Psychology, Education Leadership, Social Science or related field). Master’s degree mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of academic administration at HoD level or above in a recognized institute.
Competencies:
Deep understanding of Nepali and international university affiliation systems
Compassionate conflict resolution and student counseling skills
Proficiency in academic management software (ERP)
Resilience and ability to manage high‑pressure crisis situations
Working Relationships

Reports to: Chairperson, Samarpan Academy
Internal coordination: Heads of Departments (Crisis, Psych, IT), Registrar, Finance Officer, Student Counselors
External coordination: University affiliation bodies, examining boards, internship providers (hospitals, NGOs, IT firms)
