Job Overview

The Bellboy/Bell Attendant is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This role plays an important part in creating a positive guest experience and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Assist with loading and unloading guest baggage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
Coordinate with front office staff to ensure smooth guest service
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous and professional service
