We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and oversee our cleaning operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintaining hygiene and safety regulations, and delivering quality service across all assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
Assign work schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Inspect facilities regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Train, guide, and evaluate cleaning staff performance.
Ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning materials when necessary.
Address cleaning-related issues and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on cleaning operations and staff performance.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
