Job Description:

Berries And Oak Limited is seeking a General and Operations Manager responsible for the overall management of the company, defining and implementing strategies, managing resources and monitoring business performance.

Main Duties:

Define and implement the company’s strategies, objectives and management processes;
Manage the different areas of the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
Manage the company’s budgets, costs and resources;
Analyse business performance and define actions to improve results;
Develop and implement management processes aimed at improving the company’s efficiency and growth;
Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers and employees;
Plan and manage the resources required for business development;
Prepare and manage performance and results reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in business management or a related area;
Knowledge of process management, resource management and planning;
Leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

Annual Salary: €36,605
