A reputable company is looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure the safety and protection of company premises, staff, visitors, and assets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle security situations calmly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security guards.
Assign duties, shifts, patrol areas, and responsibilities to security staff.
Monitor access control and ensure only authorized persons enter the premises.
Conduct regular security inspections and patrols.
Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to security concerns.
Handle incidents, emergencies, and security violations according to procedures.
Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
Ensure security guards follow company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate with management, emergency services, and relevant authorities when required.
Train and guide security staff on proper security procedures.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of security personnel.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant security training is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, and security procedures.
Excellent observation and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
Physically fit and capable of working flexible shifts.
UAE security experience and relevant UAE security certification are an advantage.
