A reputable company is hiring an Electrical Supervisor to supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

The role involves coordinating electricians and technicians, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance activities.
Assign tasks and coordinate electricians, technicians, and helpers.
Monitor electrical work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Inspect installations, wiring, panels, equipment, and electrical systems.
Identify electrical faults and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs.
Ensure proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and materials.
Monitor work progress and report updates to management.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
Ensure electrical work follows required safety procedures and standards.
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, materials, and completed work.
Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
Handle other electrical supervision duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction.
Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings and layouts.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
