Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Candidate Attorney to join our team. You will work closely with our professional staff, gaining comprehensive, practical experience across multiple fields of
law. Full-time (2-year Articles of Clerkship), to start immediately

Key Responsibilities

Conducting thorough legal research using online databases and legal authorities.
Assisting with the drafting of legal documents, contracts, opinions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attending client consultations and preparing detailed files.
Assisting with litigation, dispute resolution, and court procedures.
Supporting senior staff during negotiations, settlements, and compliance reviews.
Managing confidential client records and administrative tasks with strict accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree:
Completed Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited institution.
Eligibility:
Fully eligible to commence or register for articles of clerkship.
Skills:
Strong foundation in South African legislation and case law interpretation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
Proficient in MS Office and standard legal research platforms.
