Description
Altamont Group seeks efficient, detail‑oriented, and creative Learning & Development (L&D) Consultants for project‑based assignments. Consultants will contribute to curriculum development, instructional design, training, capacity‑building initiatives, and eLearning solutions. The role requires applying adult learning principles to design engaging courses, workshops, learning materials, and digital modules. Consultants may also develop presentations, manuals, facilitator guides, assessments, and LMS‑ready content to deliver practical, accessible, and high‑quality learning experiences.
Role: Learning & Development Consultant (Remote)
Altamont Group is seeking efficient, detail-oriented Learning & Development Consultants for project-based engagements
Support project‑based engagements across curriculum development, instructional design, training, and eLearning
Contribute to high‑quality learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and aligned with client needs
Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated, persistent, and deeply knowledgeable in learning design, capacity building, and digital learning
Required Skills
Advanced academic qualifications in any of the following: (Bachelor's required); Master's (preferred)
Education
Learning & Development
Instructional Design
Organizational Development
Social Sciences
Business Administration
Degree MUST be from an Accredited University
Required Experience
Demonstrated experience in training, instructional design, curriculum development, eLearning, or capacity building
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proven ability to create instructional materials such as presentations, manuals, facilitator guides, and curricula
Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and blended learning solutions
Experience developing eLearning content and digital modules
Familiarity with SCORM standards, LMS platforms, and tools such as Articulate 360
Core Competencies
High level of organization and time management, as well as an ability to learn quickly and to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Excellent English writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
