About the Role:

Lunara is looking for a customer-focused Sales Receptionist to welcome visitors, assist shoppers, and manage the daily operations of our boutique in Riffa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the boutique and assist with their needs.
• Assist shoppers with product inquiries, sizing, and styling recommendations.
• Handle sales and customer transactions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries.
• Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
• Arrange and organize clothing, accessories, and displays.
• Ensure customers receive a welcoming and professional experience.
• Take responsibility for the boutique during working hours and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or reception. Fashion or boutique experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, welcoming, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible retail shifts.
• Ability to work in Riffa, Bahrain.
