Key Responsibilities
Supervise workers and daily construction activities.
Assign tasks and coordinate manpower and materials.
Monitor work progress and basic quality requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use PPE.
Report delays, site issues, and material requirements.
Maintain basic site records and progress updates.
Keep work areas organized and safe.
