We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Bakery Manager to lead our in-store bakery. The ideal candidate is passionate for customer service, food quality, team leadership, and creating flare for baking.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the bakery department.
Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff.
Ensure high-quality bakery products are produced consistently.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
Control stock, ordering, wastage, and inventory levels.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Achieve sales, profit, and productivity targets.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).
3–5 years' bakery experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of bakery production and food safety practices.
Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Computer literacy and stock management experience are advantageous.
