Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure that high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service delivery are consistently maintained.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, coordinating daily duties, monitoring performance, addressing operational issues, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 certificate
Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience is essential
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Valid Code 8 driver's license
No criminal record
Sober habits
Traceable references
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work overtime when required
Flexible regarding working hours, including weekends and public holidays when operationally required
