A leadership opportunity is available for a Facility Manager to oversee the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of facilities and building services.

The role involves coordinating maintenance, service providers, site operations, and facility support activities while maintaining high service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Supervise technicians, contractors, and service providers
Monitor building systems, equipment, and common areas
Coordinate cleaning, security, waste management, and other support services
Conduct regular facility inspections and follow up on identified issues
Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and service schedules
Maintain facility records, reports, contracts, and documentation
Monitor service provider performance and ensure agreed standards are maintained
Assist with facility budgets, expenses, and procurement requirements
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions
