The Barista plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment, preparing coffee and beverages to standard, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment
Take customer orders and handle transactions
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and seating space
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of drinks
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Provide excellent customer service at all times
