We are looking for a polite, energetic, and responsible Bell Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with luggage, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms
• Guide guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping staff
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Follow hotel safety and service standards

Eligibility:

• Experience preferred; freshers can apply
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage
• Basic communication skills
• Well-groomed and customer-friendly attitude
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
