EKTIMISI is looking for experts to join its Business Development Department to write research, evaluation, and TPM (Third Party Monitoring) proposals, managing client communications, and ensuring all proposal deadlines are met. The candidate should have very strong writing and speaking skills in English.

Key Tasks:

Prepare and draft technical proposals for different consulting services: capacity building, research, external evaluations, endline and baseline assessments, needs assessment, etc.
Work with the BD and Projects Manager to ensure opportunities are identified, listed, and prepared or worked on
Ensure all proposal documents are submitted as required.
Ensure effective client communication during proposal development.
Ensure deadlines are met and respected.
Perform other duties arising from the nature of the tasks above based on development of business and work activities.

Qualifications Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in evaluation, research and TPM proposal development (must)
Have native or native like English language skills (must)
Strong editing and writing skills (must)
Research/assessment skills (highly preferrable)
A relevant university degree (social sciences, conflict management, development studies, etc.)
Demonstrate an understanding of development/ humanitarian sector (highly preferrable)
Excellent skills with Word and Excel (highly preferrable)
Have an ability to manage different activities and to meet deadlines
