The European Commission is preparing to set up an EU Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) to observe the National Parliamentary Elections. COWATER International has been selected as the Implementing Partner by the European Commission for this project. Duty stations for all positions will be in Metro Manila. Applicants must be Filipino nationals and be politically neutral, not supporting any coalition/party/candidate.

The required education for all positions is a University Degree in the relevant field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience at a national or international level in the related field. Fluency in oral and written English and Filipino, as well as computer literacy, are essential. The assignment would be from April to May for a maximum of 2 months with a fixed-term contract.
