Summary:
The Colleague Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of an outlet within a company's premises that caters specifically to employees, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the colleague outlet, including managing staff, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Ensure that all products and services offered meet company standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for the outlet.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high performance levels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote the outlet's offerings to employees.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
