Description

Role Purpose:

 

The communication assistant in the E-Marketing department will manage communication with volunteers and influencers in favor of marketing the organization's e-campaigns, assist in organizing marketing events, implementing and develop communication plans for the department, in addition to helping in expanding or improving the public image of the organization.

 

* Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Drafting and editing communications copy and material.

 

  • Managing and developing the organization's volunteer team

 

  • Managing the communications with influencers in favor of marketing the organization's e-campaigns.

 

  • Participation in developing plans for the e-marketing department

 

  • Preparing presentations and reports.

 

  • Help in organizing marketing and networking events.

 

  • Assisting the e-marketing manager in managing the organization external image.

 

  • Regularly collect data, prepare reports/presentations, evaluate the status of the organization's public image, and make recommendations for expanding or improving the public image.

 

  • Drafting and production of communications materials (human interest stories, photos, videos)**

 

  • The possibility of working remotely and physically.

 

* Qualification, Experiences, and Competencies.

 

  • Bachelor or Institute degree in communications, marketing, or related field.

 

  • Great verbal and written communication skills.

 

  • Excellent persuasion skills

 

  • Good understanding of social media strategies and media relations.

 

  • Creative and innovative.

 

  • Proficiency in office management software and design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.

 

  • High attention to detail.

 

  • Excellent organizational skills.

 

  • The ability to work and manage to multitask.

 

  • Great interpersonal skills.

 

  • Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

 

Ability to travel and move around.
