About the Role
Moyross Community Enterprise Centre CLG is seeking a Community Employment (CE) Supervisor to manage and develop our CE Project and support the implementation of our new Strategic Plan. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the CE Programme including administration, training, supervision, and participant development in line with Department of Social Protection (DSP) guidelines. The role also includes operational responsibilities in the day-to-day running of the Community Centre, working closely with the Company Manager and Management Team.
Key Requirements
NFQ Level 6 (or higher) qualification in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, Project Management, Social Care, or Community Development is desirable.
Experience in administration, project management, or training.
Strong communication, organisational, and people management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Full clean driver’s licence.
Desirable: Supervisory experience, community development experience, knowledge of local community networks At least 3 years supervisory experience is essential.
