Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive information and education to those affected by socio-cultural and psychological patterns (psycho-education) according to specific needs.

• Assess cases that include the necessary individual components.

• Provide essential products to promote mental health for young people.

• Provide group meetings related to psychosocial support topics.

• Identify and refer patients specifically to appropriate medical or psychological assistance, as appropriate, for community members in need.

• Organize support functions (community activities, discussion sessions for children, etc.) if necessary.

• Reports to all patients who are affected, ensuring that they are an independent organization with good knowledge of the services provided.

• Attends supervision and educational sessions with team members.

• Provides press releases and work reports to the supervisor.

• Any other tasks requested by the Executive Director.

• Adhere to the guiding principles of climate, humanity, and protection, including the Code of Conduct against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Child Protection.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• University degree in counseling psychology, sociology, a social science, or a related field.

• Proficient in writing narrative and quantitative reports.

• Experience in managing online databases.

• Experience in implementing psychosocial and individual support groups.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, commitment, and no exceptions at all times.

• Ability to adapt to work pressure.

• Ability to work as a team.

• Good IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
