About the role:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, management and technical oversight of assigned physical security and stockpile management programme activities relating to the rehabilitation and construction of storage areas across the Caribbean, in accordance with MAG global policies and WAM Construction SOPs.
About you:
At least five (5) years’ experience of working in construction activities.
Experience of managing projects, tender processes, third party contractors and ensuring quality delivery of work.
Experience working within the Caribbean region
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Experience in Humanitarian safety (Desirable)
Experience working within a NGO environment (Desirable)
University degree or post-graduate qualification in construction or civil engineering or equivalent.
Substantial knowledge of the development and evaluation of engineering designs, bills of quantities, and specifications.

Salary: Annual incremental increases
