Jouri for Research and Consulting (Jouri) is an independent Swiss research and evaluation consultancy, with offices in Geneva, Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, and Syria, and a team based across Europe and the Middle East. Background

Jouri Research & Consulting (Jouri RC) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced data collection company in Ukraine with strong nationwide coverage and access to beneficiary populations.

We are particularly interested in firms with extensive field presence, strong databases/records, and proven capacity to facilitate access to beneficiaries across all regions of Ukraine, including vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups.

Scope of Engagement
The selected company will support data collection activities, including:

Facilitating access to beneficiaries across Ukraine
Conducting field data collection (quantitative and qualitative)
Supporting sampling and respondent identification
Ensuring data quality and ethical compliance
Providing logistical and operational field support
Required Qualifications
Interested companies should demonstrate:

Nationwide operational presence across Ukraine
Strong databases and/or access to beneficiary records
Proven experience in data collection for humanitarian, development, or research projects
Ability to deploy trained field teams
Strong understanding of data protection and ethical standards
Previous experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or INGOs is an asset
Price Proposal Requirement (Mandatory)
