We are looking for an experienced District Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple locations.
Oversee HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, generators, plumbing, fire protection, civil, and mechanical systems.
Manage contractors, SLAs, maintenance budgets, and service quality.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, CMMS, asset performance, and maintenance costs.
Lead RCA, asset lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement.
Support new store openings, renovations, commissioning, and handovers.
Lead and develop maintenance teams.

Requirements:

8–10+ years of facilities/maintenance management experience.
3–5 years managing multiple retail locations preferred.
Experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains, malls, or commercial facilities is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, technical, budgeting, and contractor management skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel between stores.
CMRP, PMP, NEBOSH, ISO 9001, or similar certifications are an advantage.
