Collect baseline and endline data through household surveys and structured interviews, in person and by phone where required.
Use digital data collection tools (e.g. KoBo Toolbox or similar) accurately and in line with the guidance provided by the project team.
Ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency of the data collected, flagging gaps or inconsistencies to the Case Manager.
Guarantee the confidentiality of beneficiaries’ personal data in line with ICU data protection procedures.
Support community-level outreach and validation activities, helping to reach marginalized groups such as undocumented women and persons with disabilities.
Coordinate closely with the Case Managers on the referral of identified protection cases to competent organizations and services.
Participate in training, briefings and coordination meetings organized by the project team.
Apply ICU’s safeguarding, protection and do-no-harm principles in all interactions with beneficiaries.
Qualifications and Experience
Secondary education or higher.
Prior experience in data collection, surveys or enumeration, preferably within humanitarian or development projects.
Familiarity with the target communities in Amman or Karak governorate.
Experience using smartphones/tablets for digital data collection is an advantage.
Ability to interact respectfully with vulnerable people, including refugees, women and persons with disabilities.
Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work in the field.
