We are looking for electrically strong Facility Engineers for a new team to join this expanding Data Centre. You will be working on preventative, and corrective maintenance, carrying out inspections, and ensuring completion of repairs to the building and equipment to meet agreed terms with customers.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure communication is effective to deliver efficient results at pace. As well as repairs you will also take responsibility for the improvement of process documentation, carrying out risk assessments, and impacting on standard operating procedures.

You need to be able to react appropriately in an Emergency situation by making yourself aware of the procedures. There will be ongoing projects to get involved in, and more junior members of the team to mentor, as well as vendors to supervise. You will carry out quality checks, and run RCA on any issues found.

This role will involve a rotation of day and night shifts, every 2nd week due to the critical infrastructure environment.

It is essential you have worked in a critical infrastructure or heavy industrial environment in an electrical position. You must be able to work with autonomy, thrive in a team environment and work to best practice standards.
