Ektimisi is a consulting firm specialised in third-party monitoring (TPM), evaluations, research, and capacity building. We work with NGOs and partners across Iraq, Syria, Türkiye, and Ukraine, and we provide third party monitoring, evaluation and capacity building services to our partners. To strengthen our internal operations, we are recruiting a full-time Finance & Admin Specialist (remote and highly preferrable based in Gaziantep, Türkiye).

Key Responsibilities

Manage invoicing, payment follow-up, financial tracking, forecasting, and financial documentation.
Coordinate with accountants, banks, clients, consultants, and suppliers on finance and compliance matters.
Support bank reconciliation, payment processing, and financial record management.
Review and follow up on contracts, agreements, payment terms, and compliance requirements.
Maintain organised financial, contractual, and administrative filing systems.
Support proposal development through administrative documentation, budgets, compliance documents, and submission requirements.
Assist with HR administration, staff records, recruitment processes, and internal documentation.
Develop and maintain trackers, templates, forms, SOPs, and operational tools.
Support general administrative, operational, and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements

Strong experience in finance, accounting support, administration, or compliance.
Experience working with consultancies, NGOs, private-sector companies, or service providers.
Practical experience with invoicing, payment follow-up, financial documentation, and accountant coordination.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Fluency in Arabic and Turkish is required.
Good English is strongly preferred.
Gaziantep-based candidates are highly preferred.
