Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
General Work Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance experience
Experience in NGO financial management preferred
Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and grant management.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of donor regulations and compliance requirements.
Leadership & Soft Skills:

High attention to detail
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Integrity and accountability
Language Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic is required.
Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
Abilities:

Financial Management: Ability to plan, monitor, and manage budgets effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and financial performance.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and provide practical solutions.
Compliance & Reporting: Ability to ensure adherence to donor regulations and produce timely, accurate financial reports.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in financial systems and Excel for data management and reporting.
Cash & Resource Management: Ability to manage cash flow, forecasts, and safeguard financial resources.
Coordination: Works effectively with program and procurement teams to ensure financial alignment.
Attention to Detail & Integrity: Maintains high accuracy, accountability, and ethical financial practices.
