We are looking for Freight Operation Supervisor for coordinating and managing the movement of air cargo, ensuring timely and accurate handling of shipments, and maintaining compliance with aviation and safety regulations. The role involves monitoring cargo operations, liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth cargo flow.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the receipt, handling, and dispatch of air cargo.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and verify cargo documentation (AWB, manifests, customs forms).
Ensure compliance with IATA, UAE GCAA regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, and ground handling teams.
Inspect cargo for damage, security, and proper packaging.
Manage cargo inventory in the warehouse and update records.
