Description
Mission
Under the supervision of the Regional Fundraising Advisor, the Grants & Fundraising Officer supports the Regional Office and country teams in the implementation of grants and fundraising activities across the MENA region. The role contributes to fundraising and grant-related processes, from opportunity tracking to proposal development and donor reporting, while supporting the unit's donor engagement and partnership efforts across the region.
Key Responsibilities
More specifically, the officer :
Supports the identification and tracking of funding opportunities relevant to Tdh programmes in the MENA region.
Supports the development of project proposals, including compliance with donor requirements, action plans, writing, and registration/submission on donor platforms.
Ensures that grants and funding information in Engage360 (Tdh's internal system) is regularly updated and accurate and follows up with relevant teams to ensure completeness of information.
Supports the coordination of internal and external reporting.
Supports internal coordination and information sharing related to regional grants and fundraising activities.
Supports donor and partner engagement, including the preparation of fundraising materials (e.g. updates, success stories) and partnership-related documentation.

Requirements
Training/Qualifications
Master's degree / Equivalent degree from a university / Recognized school in international development, social sciences / development studies or any other related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an NGO, international organization or similar environment, preferably in grants, fundraising, proposal development or related functions.
Experience using CRM, grants management or similar information management systems is an asset.
Languages
Fluency in Arabic is required.
Excellent written and spoken English is required.
French is an asset.
Computer know-how
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
