About the Role:

Reports to: Director of Global People Operations


You will work directly with our HR Operations team to create and roll-out important projects to support all of our employees. You will function as a sort-of HR Ops internal consultant and project manager, leading main projects and working across multiple team members to get agreement and lead accountability. You will also ensure that our policies are kept alive, you will support team orientation and become an important part of the global HR Ops team.


You Will:

Lead important HR Ops projects to completion (creating and updating work plans, solving barriers, charting out plans for communication and roll-out, working closely with the Director of Global People Operations to suggest priority projects and with the in-country teams to understand seamless execution and feedback). Some sample projects: Employee Handbooks, Contract Renewals Process, improvements to 3rd party employers

Policy Management - you will create and lead a process for ensuring our policies are kept alive across all of our countries

You will support staff onboarding and orientation

You will automate and support HR Ops FAQs and documentation, as well as from our global to in-country HR teams

You will support other important HR Operations work and requests

You Have:

2+ years of leading project management work, either as a consultant or functioning as a sort of "internal consultant" in previous roles

You have experience working across multiple parties to obtain feedback and achieve results

You have some experience with People-work, either by leading Human Resources work in previous roles, or in being a previous manager of others

You speak French and English

You suggest solutions to possible barriers and are comfortable in environments that change quickly
