To keep pace with growth, we are looking for a HR Manager* for the region Asia & Americas.
These are your responsibilities
Oversee all HR operational activities across the region
Provide professional HR services for the region and ensure compliance with the respective internal and external policies
Responsible for the entire employee cycle including recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance reviews, employee development, coaching, offboarding and many more
Ensure on-time delivery of HR services and accuracy of information and further develop the digitalization of the HR function
Proactively manage the yearly staff and HR budget planning for the region
Support of the further development of a value-creating and future-oriented corporate culture together with all relevant partners across departments
These are your qualifications
Graduate and/or professional qualification in HR Management/ Development, Leadership or Organisational Development, Psychology
Significant experience of providing HR business partnership at an international level preferably in the INGO context
Very good understanding of international labour law, including experience of German Labour Law
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and work styles to manage change at a high level in a fluid work environment
Ability to work diplomatically and with sensitivity with individuals from a variety of cultures, professions and personal backgrounds
Strong knowledge of HR, People- and organisational development practices, group processes and dynamics
Analytical strength and a high level of initiative to identify the regional needs and further develop the necessary HR processes and standards
English, German on a professional proficiency
Spanish/ French would be advantageous
Identification with the Christian values and mandate of CBM
