About the Role
The Human Resources Supervisor role encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on effective HR administration. This includes onboarding and offboarding management, HR Administration, staff file & Record Management, benefit management and payroll support, leave management and recruitment support and support daily HR operations
Responsibilities
Support the human resources team to ensure effective recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with organizational and national regulations.
Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and databases.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
1+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
A bachelors Degree in HR or related field
