We are looking for a junior Sous Chef to start in Stellenbosch Central urgently at our very busy restaurant

Please look at the requirements :

At least 2 years experience in your position

Must have qualifications that can be provided on request

Must have stock check and ordering experience

Must have food safety experience and food rotation

Must be fluent in english

Real Contactable references is very important

Own transport is important

Able to work day or night shifts

Must setup shifts for kitchen staff and place orders daily and check orders delivered

Must be available immediately to start

You will be joining other chefs at our busy restaurant working shifts with each having off days weekly.

Your salary will be market related and based on your experience R 8000 up to R 15 000
