A company is hiring a Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy, brand development, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent market knowledge, and a proven ability to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and corporate identity.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Lead and mentor the marketing and creative team.
Coordinate with sales, business development, and management teams.
Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies for business expansion.
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns maintain consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing management or a senior marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, branding, and market research.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience managing marketing budgets and teams.
Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools.
UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
