Description
Job Purpose
responsible for overseeing and coordinating all monitoring and evaluation activities. This includes designing and implementing M&E tools, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis, and producing timely reports to support evidence-based decision-making. The role also involves providing actionable recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and maintain high data quality standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing verification questionnaires for beneficiaries, as well as conducting various surveys and assessments to evaluate project effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Conducting regular field visits (as needed) using tailored evaluation tools to ensure the effective implementation of project activities.
Analyzing data collected through monitoring and evaluation processes.
Drafting reports on activities and field visit findings to document and assess project performance.
Ensuring proper management of M&E tools, following data handling protocols, and regularly updating tools to maintain accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Tracking project outputs and outcomes consistently to ensure progress toward defined objectives.
Following up on all means of verification related to indicators at the output, outcome, and activity levels to ensure effective monitoring.
Compiling, verifying, and archiving all M&E tools and documentation related to project monitoring.
Designing and conducting needs assessments.
Performing any other duties relevant to the role, as assigned.
Academic Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills
Academic Qualifications:
A university degree
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in MEAL
Highly skilled in dealing with Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive….)
Highly skilled in data analysis (Excel and Power Bi) and report preparation
Ability to design surveys on MS Forms, KOBO Toolbox, and other platforms.
Good level of expression in both oral and written English, as well as Arabic.
