Through the tool of skateboarding, the development of urban social infrastructure, and research-backed development programs, 7Hills bridges the gap between socio-economic, cultural, religious, and gender differences to create harmonised open democratic spaces for marginalized people, females, and youth in Jordan.

 

About the position:

 

Entry level job 6 months - 24 months of experience in the field of humanitarian development is required

 

Within our Sustainability and Development department - we have an open position forMonitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Officer Starting from July 2022.

 

Under the Supervision of the Development and Sustainability Officer and the Management team:

 

Government communication and liaison.

Attending donor trainings on matters related to development, or other matters considered relevant by the organization.

Developing and designing questionnaires and MEAL tools.

Assorting data and compiling it into a comprehensive report for the organizations’ use and/or for submission to donors and the government.

Assisting Dev. & Sustainability manager in producing communication related texts (i.e: fact sheets, newsletters, project and organization portfolio, etc.)

Keeping up to date with JRP, Covid response policies, and any government publications related to the organizations field of work.

You will be in charge of producing monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports for donors in English, and government supervisional bodies in Arabic.

You will be responsible for collecting and aggregating monitoring and evaluation data from the 7hills team on a weekly basis. Including collecting the necessary information and update indicators related to all activities under running programs.

The officer will be responsible for collecting data from the field, conducting surveys, and leading focus group discussions.

Coordinating with program team on monitoring and evaluation sessions.

You will be in charge of updating, maintaining and organizing 7hills monitoring and evaluation data for all our running programs.

Ensure administrative support to the program team.

The officer is also responsible for data entry, analysis, and interpretation of surveys and writing subsequent reports.

Maintenance of all records and documents related to all the running programs in a user-friendly manner.

Creating the M&E plan for projects upon approval in coordination with your manager.

Converting data across all 7Hills programs into readable information for the management team to derive lessons from, evaluate programs efficiency and success, and identify gaps in the programs.

Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor and/or companies management.

7hills development and sustainability officer will train you on these TORs and you will receive technical and organization support from our team.

 

Salary and Details:

 

The contract will start with a three months trial period starting March 1st.2022, you will be receiving a monthly salary of 450 JDs subject to social security and/or applicable taxes.

 

You are expected to work on your personal laptop/computer. Work hours are 9 AM - 5 PM, Sunday to Thursday at our offices at 153 prince Mohammed st. Abadli. Amman, Jordan.
