Ektimisi is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (ME&R) Specialist to support its research and capacity-building workstreams.

The role combines field coordination, data quality management, data analysis, reporting, trainer coordination, client communication, and project follow-up. The Specialist will coordinate field data collection, review data quality, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, prepare reports and analytical summaries, and support the development of Ektimisi’s pool of field researchers.

The Specialist will also coordinate training and capacity-building assignments (When available) by managing communication with trainers and clients, following up on timelines and deliverables, supporting the successful implementation of training programs, and building Ektimisi’s pool of field trainers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate field data collection and support data quality assurance.
Analyze data and prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations.
Coordinate training and capacity-building assignments.
Manage communication with trainers, clients, and project teams.
Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and project requirements.
Build and maintain pools of field researchers, enumerators, facilitators, and trainers.
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting materials.

Minimum Requirements

At least 4 years of relevant experience in research, ME&R, data collection coordination, reporting, training coordination, or humanitarian/development programming.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Arabic Language is highly desirable
Experience coordinating field teams, trainers, partners, or clients.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent organization, follow-up, and project coordination abilities.
Reliable internet connection.
