Description

EKTIMISI is looking for experienced multi-sectoral trainers who can provide in-person training in Turkey, Iraq and Syria in different fields such as M&E, projects cycle management, economic empowerment, finance, supply chain, etc. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the trainees. This role requires excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences. Additionally, the trainer should be located in either Iraq, Turkey or Syria and have the ability to implement training programs in either Iraq, Turkey or Syria.

Key Tasks:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
Assess training needs and create customized training materials.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse groups.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
Travel to various locations to conduct on-site training as needed.

Qualifications Required

Minimum 6 years of experience in the humanitarian sector (must)
Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting trainings (must)
Have native or native like English language skills (must)
Strong editing and writing skills (must)
A relevant university degree (social sciences, conflict management, development studies, etc.)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Proficiency in adapting training methods to different learning styles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel as required.
