Assist in general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including pantry and common areas.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.

Support staff with errands, documentation, and administrative tasks as required.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Help in setting up meeting rooms, equipment, and other office facilities.

Provide basic support to visitors and clients when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to read and write in [English/Arabic].

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Basic computer knowledge is a plus (MS Office, email).

Physically able to handle office materials and perform minor errands.

Experience:

Freshers can apply; 0–2 years experience preferred in an office or administrative environment.
