The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development of an innovative digital wallet application tailored for NGOs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product roadmap for our NGO-focused digital wallet platform.
Gather, analyse, and translate requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
Prioritise features and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient development cycles.
Lead and mentor the junior product owner.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to drive continuous product improvements.
Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance functionality.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital wallets or fintech solutions.
Experience working in international settings across multiple countries.
Strong understanding of payment systems and digital financial services.
Prior experience in the NGO or nonprofit sector (preferred).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
