Job Summary:
The Provincial Coordinator is responsible for directing, organising, and controlling projects activity; managing the existing resources; communicating with donors/stakeholders whenever delegated by the Line Manager; consolidating reports; and submitting them to the Line Manager. As needed, he must develop and write the proposal for the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project implementation in the province.
Coordinate with local authorities and community stakeholders.
Monitor project activities and provide feedback to the line manager.
Facilitate training and capacity-building workshops.

Develop a detailed provincial-level implementation work plan and ensure the timely completion of defined targets.
Work closely with the project managers, programme department, and stakeholders to achieve the project objectives.
Develop and write proposals for new targeted programmes.
Prepare monthly and other reports, as required, and submit them to the line manager.
Oversee and supervise the work of the provincial support staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Public Administration, and economics fields
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination role
Experience working with EU-funded projects is highly desirable.
Skills:
Knowledge of health and WASH programmes.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Proficient in project tools and software.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
Develop and write proposals for contracts and programmes.
Write quality proposals outlining a well-written and clear strategy related to the project.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with proposals and writing and developing a proposal
