The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the security team, maintaining a safe environment, enforcing company policies, and ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets. This role involves monitoring security operations, managing incidents, and reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
Conduct regular patrols to monitor the premises and ensure safety compliance.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and security regulations.
Train and mentor security staff in procedures, protocols, and emergency response.
Maintain access control, CCTV monitoring, and other security systems.
