What we're looking for

Methodica Consulting aims to expand its network of consultants to participate in new business proposals.

We are seeking applications from consultants with:

15+ years of experience leading complex evaluations in the development/humanitarian sectors.
Experience in theory-based evaluations (incl. ToC reconstructions) and mixed-methods approaches is a strong asset.
Professional command of French is a strong asset.
Experience in evaluations about conflict-affected settings is an asset.
Experience in global or multi-country institutional process evaluations is an asset.
Experience in evaluations for the ICRC is an asset.
Publications and other sectoral contributions are an asset.
The Team Leader (TL) will provide strategic directions to team members across all phases and quality assure all deliverables. They will be assisted by a Project Manager, who supports the TL in implementing their vision, ensuring coordination with team members and tracking task completion, as well as by thematic experts within Methodica’s network, who act as a sounding board for the TL and support them with deep technical expertise.

Based on successful collaboration, shared best practices, and alignment on vision and methodological approaches, selected Team Leaders will have the opportunity to take on a more strategic role within the company, including management responsibilities and joining the company’s capital through stock options or similar mechanisms.
