To make this vision a reality, our teams in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Europe work closely with a strong network of partners to deliver innovative services for children, youth, their families, and their communities. A key part of this is the ChildSafe Movement, a globally recognized initiative that empowers individuals, travelers, communities, and businesses to protect children and create safe environments everywhere.

THE ROLE

As a Social Business Advisor, based in our HQ in Phnom Penh, you will be working closely with our ChildSafe program teams to:

Develop products and services targeting travelers and volunteers
Create processes and tools to strengthen our social businesses across Southeast Asia
Train and equip teams with the skills and knowledge to manage and grow these businesses
This position is offered under the International Solidarity Volunteer (VSI) framework through La Guilde and is expected to start in November 2025. Applicants must meet the official VSI eligibility criteria and agree to comply with its requirements.

You excel at building processes, tools, and systems that help social businesses grow and succeed
You are excellent at communicating and coordinating with people from various backgrounds
You enjoy working on fast-paced projects which require adaptation and practical ways of thinking
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written

Improve and adapt ChildSafe products and services with our program teams
Conduct market research and map potential partners to shape new initiatives for volunteers
Collaborate with the communications team to launch a new service
Design tools to track sales performance and train teams in Cambodia and Laos to use them
Build a practical and easy-to-use resource library for field teams
Support social business teams in troubleshooting operational challenges and finding solutions
Identify opportunities to scale successful models across Southeast Asia
