We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, manage staff, and maintain store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to meet sales goals
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Manage inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with head office and other store managers on promotions and campaigns
